Head of Administration

We are looking for a Head of Administration to join our Finance department. The Head of Administration supports the finance department with controlling the financial administration of the CET Holding B.V. companies and is responsible for closing the financial statements and supervising the finance officers.

Besides preparing and analysing financial reports, the Finance department is responsible for all financial processes and procedures within COUNT, such as planning and control cycles, budgets, forecasts, investments and process optimisations. You will work as part of the team based in Rotterdam.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing administration and reporting for the CET Holding B.V. companies
• Analysis and preparing of financial (consolidated) reports
• Ensure that the administration is correct, accurate and up to date
• Responsible for closing financial statements
• Supervising the finance officers of the group
• Assist with the statutory audits, upload and provide documents and specifications
• Assist with VAT returns and audits
• Reconciliation of intercompany entries for all entities 

Required skills and experience 

• HBO or higher degree in finance & control, as a minimum
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with commodities is a pre
• Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
• Skills: Proactive, hands-on, independent, accurate & communicative skills
